Brickyard Farm, Wrangle (1.3 miles)
A 1.3 mile (2.1 km( circular walk over grassy field margins on flat ground that provide habitat for the insects and small mammals attractive to barn owls and other birds. Ponds support water voles, the fastest declining species of mammal in Britain, and habitat creation and management are used to help save this species. Lapwing and reed bunting breed on site during the spring and in winter migratory ducks and geese are found on the open water.A bird hide makes for an enjoyable viewing experience no matter what the weather.
