Our well-appointed meeting room is ideal for business use and smaller activities. Brand new to The Beonna, and situated in the medieval west tower, it brings contemporary facilities in atmospheric heritage surroundings. 

We also offer a warm welcome for performances, balls, fundraisers, proms, conferences, family events and special occasions of almost every kind. Leave yourself free to enjoy your event with our high quality event catering, or hire our professional and fully-equipped kitchen as part of your booking. Spectacular decoration services can also be arranged through our special partnership with Boston-based Event Exquisite.

Exclusive use of the building is available. 

All bookings include free wi-fi. Printing and photocopying, an overhead projector and other facilities and services can also be provided. 

Catering and refreshments for occasions and budgets of all kinds can be provided by the Beonna kitchen.

Weddings, baptisms and funerals at The Beonna 

The Beonna is delighted to once again be part of these important life events. If you have connections to the parish and are considering The Beonna for a Church of England wedding service, baptism, funeral or celebration of life we would be pleased to provide you with more information.  

Pricing

Standard bookings

Our flexible spaces can be hired in a variety of ways to suit your requirements. 

Tower meeting room: £15 per hour (minimum 2 hours) or £100 for all-day use (9am-5pm). Also available until 11pm by arrangement.

Kitchen: £15 per hour (minimum 2 hours) or £75 for all-day use (9am-5pm). Also available until 11pm by arrangement.  

Nave: £25 per hour (minimum 2 hours), £175 for all-day use (9am-5pm) or £290 for all-day plus night-time use (includes a contribution towards late-night staffing costs).

Whole building: £40 per hour (minimum 2 hours), £275 for all-day use (9am-5pm) or £370 for all-day plus night-time use (includes a contribution towards late-night staffing costs).  

Community bookings (not-for-profit groups, fundraisers and local residents)

Proud to be a charity and a member of our community, we seek to support other charities and not-for-profit groups by offering discounted rates for venue hire. If you are a charity, community group or not-for-profit organisation, or a local resident, please let us know at the time of booking.

Tower meeting room: £10 per hour (minimum 2 hours) or £60 for all-day use (9am-5pm). Also available until 11pm by arrangement. 

Kitchen: £10 per hour (minimum 2 hours) or £50 for all-day use (9am-5pm). Also available until 11pm by arrangement.  

Nave: £20 per hour (minimum 2 hours), £200 for all-day use (9am-5pm) or £270 for all-day plus night-time use (includes a contribution towards late-night staffing costs).

Whole building: £35 per hour (minimum 2 hours), £250 for all-day use (9am-5pm) or £350 for all-day plus night-time use (includes a contribution towards late-night staffing costs).
