Business hire at The Beonna

The Beonna is a beautiful venue, perfect for meetings, network events and conferences.

A grade I listed building, built in the 1200s, it gives a sense of grandeur and splendour with its high ceilings, stone pillars, curved stone arches, and many windows that let the outside light in. Alongside recent renovations adding a modern, clean, spacious feel and the atmospheric lighting around the pillars creating a warm welcoming feel. The large wooden doors and other original features make a great backdrop for photos.

Our untouched chancel with its stained-glass windows and original pews, adds character and originality to the venue, tying old with new. The stunning intricately detailed wooden rood screen separates the chancel from the main building and creates a timeless feature as a backdrop to your event. Add in a sprinkling of personal touches and flexibility to stage the day just as you want it makes the perfect day tailored for you.

Our flexible venue means you can personalise how you would like it to be set out and staged:

  • we can accommodate up to 120-150 people, depending on your seating requirements.
  • Our well-appointed meeting room is ideal for business use and smaller activities. Situated in the medieval west tower, it brings contemporary facilities in atmospheric heritage surroundings.
  • Leave yourself free to enjoy your event with our event catering, or hire our professional and fully-equipped kitchen as part of your booking.
  • Exclusive use of the building is available.
  • We also have a large, free car park on site, with accessible parking available.

Business Meeting & Conference Hire

Our flexible spaces can be hired in a variety of ways to suit your requirements.

From small meetings to larger networking events, we can accommodate up to 120-140 guests depending on seating, furniture and equipment requirements

Hire fee includes Chairs and Tables set out to your chosen seating plan.

Performance & Event Hire

The Beonna can also be hired out to put on your performance or public event.

Depending on your performance area and seating requirements we can accommodate up to 120 - 140 audience members.

Fee includes: up to 6 hour hire (must be clear by midnight):

  • Exclusive use of the Beonna
  • Fully licensed and staffed bar or barista service
  • Front of house staff
  • Use of the house PA system, the projector and screen
  • e-ticketing services and listing on our events programme

Monday - Thursday: £300 + VAT

Friday - Sunday: £400 + VAT

Extras we can offer:

  • Hire of  Glasses, mugs, tableware, & cutlery for 100) * - Flat Rate - £80 (£96 Including VAT)
  • AV equipment charge: Projector and screens - flat rate - £20 (£24 including VAT)
  • Front of House (reception/steward) staff - £12.50 (£15 including VAT) per hour
  • Bar Service - £12.50 (£15 including VAT) per hour
  • Barista service - £12.50 (£15 including VAT) per hour
  • Drinks Station (tea / coffee / juice) £2 Per person
  • Tablecloths - £10 per table
  • e-ticketing services and listing on our events programme - Administration charge of £10 (£12 +VAT) no charge to guests

Any extras not included on this list, please do ask and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements.

*We ask that the kitchen, servery, tableware, and cutlery are all left as you find them, everything cleaned and put back away.
