The Beonna at All Saints is a unique venue for cultural activities and tourists as well as being a brand-new focal point for modern-day community life.

Our beautiful building, a Grade I listed medieval church, combines modern comforts and facilities with historic architecture, in a beautiful rural setting and easy access to nearby towns including Boston and Skegness.

The Beonna is situated in the breath-taking Lincolnshire Fens just a short distance from the unrivalled coastal wildlife and historic WW2 defences of Freiston Shore.

The Beonna combines the splendour of a medieval church with the imposing renovations of the Victorians and the comforts and convenience of the 21st century.

Our mission is to breathe new life into The Beonna at All Saints and we are now moving into an exciting new phase of development and growth. Over the next few months, we are working hard to grow and develop our diverse new heritage programme and a programme of cultural, entertainment & community events all supported by the in house Beonna Café and Beonna Bar and commercial and private hires.

To help us achieve this, we are looking for front of house staff to help deliver our events. We need people who have a mix of skills and experience; are flexible and have good availability.

With a hard-working, flexible, positive, proactive and committed attitude with a fully hands-on approach, you will create a fantastic environment to deliver an exceptional visitor experience to all users of The Beonna.

As part of a team of Front of House Staff you will deliver a wide range of activities .:

  • Serve and assist in The Beonna Café and Beonna Bar
  • Assist with set up & take down of furniture and equipment, building maintenance & assist with cleaning of the site before, during and after events and activities.
  • Help deliver heritage, entertainment, cultural events, community socials and private celebration hires(e.g. weddings, wakes, birthdays) by performing customer-facing tasks, such as stewarding, bar service, food service



The business we operate is flexible and responds to customer demand. As a seven day per week business, we operate from 7am and into the evenings and weekends and Front of House Assistants will work on shift basis to assist the Beonna Team in delivering our diverse programme

Please provide us with your general availability and preference of what area of the business you wish to work to show us how you fit in with our requirements.

Part Time zero hours contract, with shifts varying from 2-10 hours, booked in advance.

Please note that we cannot guarantee minimum hours or set working patterns.

The most likely times you will be needed will be during the day in our café, weekday evenings and at weekends for our events and private hires.

Interview dates are flexible, and an immediate start is available for the right candidates.
