Mindfulness at The Beonna with Kind-Mind Fulness
The Beonna is delighted to be welcoming Kind-Mind Fulness, who will be running two taster sessions offering a a gentle introduction to mindfulness.
These two taster sessions, running in February and March, offer a relaxed exploration of what it means to be more fully in the present moment. Facilitator Debbie will support participants to consider how they might bring more mindfulness into their everyday lives.
